摘 要
销售决定着企业的生存与发展，在日益竞争的市场环境下，对于家具企业而言，制定科学、有效的市场营销战略无疑是提升市场销售业绩和自身市场竞争力的重要途径。本文以A家具公司作为研究对象，论文首先分析了A家具公司营销现状和存在的问题，其次运用市场营销理论，针对这些问题，从市场目标定位、产品策略、价格策略、营销渠道、促销策略以及营销战略实施保障几个方面提出了A家具公司营销的对策和建议。

Abstract
Sales determines the survival and development of enterprises, in the increasingly competitive market environment, for furniture enterprises, formulate a scientific, effective marketing strategy is an important way to enhance the market performance and the market competitiveness. Based on the A furniture company as the research object, this paper firstly analyzes the A furniture company's marketing present situation and the existence question, followed by the use of marketing theory, aiming at these problems, A furniture company marketing countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the target market positioning, product strategy, price strategy, marketing channel, marketing strategy and marketing strategy implementation security aspects.
